Thank you for shopping with Gauamruttam. We value your trust and aim to provide high-quality products and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Original invoice/receipt is provided

⚠️ Due to the nature of devotional and consumable products, opened or used items cannot be returned.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened incense sticks, dhoop, or consumables

  • Used pooja items or accessories

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged on arrival)


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Product name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos/videos of the product (mandatory for damaged or defective items)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse shipping costs.

  • For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Please note: Bank processing time may take an additional 3–5 working days.


6. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we may offer:

  • Replacement (subject to stock availability), OR

  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Final decision rests with Gauamruttam after inspection.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, email us immediately at support@gauamruttam.com with your Order ID.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Then contact us at support@gauamruttam.com


9. Changes to This Policy

Gauamruttam reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
